PLEASE NOTE: General Meetings begin at 7:30 PM UNLESS we have a guest speaker. Guest speaker presentations begin at 7:00 PM followed immediately by the General Meeting.
Following are General Meeting Dates and timing of events scheduled according to the TAO Policy and/or Constitution and By-laws:

September 22, 2009 (The 4th Tuesday, but not the last Tuesday of the month.)

October 27, 2009 (Board announces Nominating Committee selections per By-law, IV, A.)

November 24, 2008 Policy Committee's presentation, if any, to general membership of policy.

December 2009 TAO Christmas Party. (Date and location to be announced each year.)

January 26, 2010 Vote on Policy Committee's change recommendations (if any), per Policy I,E. Nominations from the floor for Officers and Board Member.

February 23, 2010 Annual Meeting, voting of new Officers and Board Member.

March 23, 2010 Board announces selection of January 2012 Show Chairperson, Policy IV. A.
