PLEASE NOTE: General Meetings begin at 7:30 PM UNLESS we have a guest speaker. Guest speaker presentations begin at 7:00 PM followed immediately by the General Meeting.

October 25, 2011 (Board announces Nominating Committee selections per By-law, IV, A.)

November 22, 2011 Policy Committee's presentation, if any, to general membership of policy.

December 2011 TAO Christmas Party. (Date and location to be announced each year.)

January 24, 2012 Vote on Policy Committee's change recommendations (if any), per Policy I,E. Nominations from the floor for Officers and Board Member. (The 4th Tuesday, but not the last Tuesday of the month.)

February 28, 2012 Annual Meeting, voting of new Officers and Board Member.

March 27, 2012 Board announces selection of January 2012 Show Chairperson, Policy IV. A.
